Beyond the Brief: All the Buzz About AI-Powered Ads
Global agricultural technology leader, Syngenta uses science to advance crop production. However, even the most cutting-edge innovations must work in harmony with nature. Attracting pollinators, like bees and butterflies, Operation Pollinator helps boost crop yields. But what does this have to do with using AI for ad creative? When guided by human ingenuity and expertise, AI is a catalyst that lets you quickly explore and refine ideas.
Beyond the Brief: Generating On-Brand AI Illustrations
It’s no surprise that cats and dogs dominate the internet, but you don’t have to tell Independence Pet Group (IPG) this. The Chicago-based pet insurance leader covers over one million pets across the US and Canada, keeping them (and their fur-parents) healthy and happy. We love cats and dogs, too, so when IPG asked us to create illustrations for their employer branding efforts, we were all in. The challenge? IPG had never used illustrations before. The most efficient way to go from zero to concepts was to use AI, so our AI-powered creative team went to work. Let's just say, the results were quite fetching.
Beyond the Brief: Creating a Music Video Entirely With AI
The summer of 2024 will go down in music history as one of the greatest eras of music in human history. Taylor Swift dropped The Tortured Poets Department, the country world met the Beyhive with Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter, and Charli XCX made sure we know what it means to be BRAT. Powerful storytelling in the form of novels, television shows and more, resonate across generations, cultures and languages. However, great storytelling is more than just entertainment. It's also the foundation of successful marketing campaigns
Beyond the Brief: Developing AI-Generated Photorealistic Images
“A picture's worth a thousand words.” When advertising executive Fred R. Barnard coined this phrase in the 1920s, he probably wasn’t thinking about sports. But 100 years later, sports photography has created timeless images that connect us across sports, languages, cultures and borders. From Muhammad Ali standing triumphantly over Sonny Liston to Brandi Chastain celebrating her 1999 FIFA Women's World Cup final winning penalty kick, these captured moments in time inspire future generations of athletes and fans.
Beyond the Brief: Using Memes in Advertising Social Ads
A social media platform advertising itself on social media. Sounds like one of those riddle-wrapped-in-a-mystery-inside-an-enigma kind of things, right? However, it’s exactly the paradox Reddit found itself in. The Reddit Business Team came to Superside with this request, “We've heard from many prospective advertisers that they have a hard time understanding what Reddit is and therefore find it hard to relate their brand to it. Those that aren't users struggle to visualize what an ad could look like or how community-driven our targeting can be.”
Beyond the Brief: Reimagining Lead Generation Ads With AI
When it comes to lead generation, first impressions matter. The door-to-door salesperson of digital marketing, lead generation ads have one sole purpose: Capturing someone’s attention so well that they’ll share their contact information, opening the door to future communication.
