We can help guide you! That’s what we’re here for. Just book a call with us and we'll figure it out based on where your bottlenecks are, your team size and organizational set-up, as well as expected design volume. We’ll find the best option, together.
The minimum subscription commitment is one year. We believe that a year-long commitment allows us to staff your dedicated team correctly with all the right skills and capabilities and get them familiar with your goals and preferences. An annual contract also passes on to you the cost-savings that come with efficient delivery of creative projects after a level of familiarity has been established.
That being said, we recognize that despite best efforts, sometimes things just don’t work out. As such we have a 90 day opt-out clause in all our contracts. If you don’t like Superside after 3 months of working together, you can leave with a money-back guarantee on all your unused hours.
Our process is designed to eliminate all waste and keep this hassle-free for you, our customer. You will work exclusively with your dedicated Project Manager(s) and will not need to have any face time with the designers and creatives on your dedicated team.
The team is assembled for you based on your needs and the team will be optimized over the course of the first 90 days of our engagement. For some subscription plans you will have a monthly or quarterly meetings with your dedicated art director or creative director.
We offer credit card billing or invoicing depending on the plan you choose.
Efficiency is our middle name, and in order to give you the best service at the best price, we don’t stray from our four solution-based plans. Some customizations in terms of hours can be made beyond Level 4, however the capabilities and skills will remain the same.
We help you with all project management. With help of your dedicated Project Manager (your main point of contact), all the ownership and accountability for getting the design/creative work done, on time and on-budget and at a consistent quality bar is our responsibility.
Kanban boards, live chat, file sharing etc allow you to do medium-term planning, keep tabs on everything and invite the right stakeholders to the right tasks. All of this will be covered in great detail in your onboarding session. Let us worry, so you don’t have to.
No. While we strive to be extra speedy on most things, 12 or 24 hour turnaround on net new graphics or motion design projects cannot be turned around in that timeline.
However if you need seven versions for a facebook ad that has already been created and tested? Yup, no problem. If you need changes to a slide deck thats already been worked on? That's easy too. Need a new landing page mockup? With a detailed brief and copy, it'll be on its way!
Your Creative Project Manager will always notify you if your deadlines can be met prior to starting the project.
Yes, if you’re on the Digital Advertising and End-to-End Creative plans, we offer copy for the concepts we develop, as well as general ad copy. However we do not provide content written or other long form formats (blogs, website content, reports, white papers, etc).
Yes! Superside is designed to be used by multiple teams inside an organization. It’s precisely set up so as to remove the middlemen in getting design done, and to help you move fast (without breaking things). So as long as they are invited by the admin on the account, employees will be authorized to request design and creative for their projects and campaigns.
Yes absolutely. We understand that different teams and departments might want their own Superside accounts and keep their projects and budgets separate. This is quite common for our Enterprise customers, and we are set up to be able to merge these separate accounts into one in the future.
No, we do not. We have chosen to stick with design only and get really good at it. While it is helpful to know what software/tools you currently use, we will need the dimensions from you in order to size images and assets accordingly.
Yes, we integrate with Slack for message exchange and to receive notifications about the change in project status. This way you can keep an an eye on any design project you’re involved with via your typical slack workflows.
We do not currently integrate with project management tools like Asana and Monday simply because those platforms are not built for design and creative work, and we believe that we need to change the system not exacerbate the problem.
P.S. - There are lots of cool features in the works and as a customer you will be privy to our roadmap and will be able to provide input and direction too!
Glad you asked! This is a feature currently in beta. We plan to roll it out to all subscription customers sometime in 2021, where our tech platform can be used by anyone at your company you’d like to give access to. With this you'll be able to get your designers and creatives on to the platform as a ‘resource’ and your colleagues can choose to get design done using internal or Superside resources or a combination of the two.
