The process of gathering and sharing effective feedback on creative assets seems like it should be straightforward, but anyone who has been part of it knows it can quickly become a nightmare.
What we'll cover:
This month the team has been working on some great new updates to our project creation flow. Wait. What-in-the-heck does project creation flow even mean? In a nutshell, it’s the process you go through in order to submit a new design project to Superside.
Our main goal was to make the flow simpler by removing any points of friction, and streamlining the process so that it’s both intuitive and easy to use. We made our decisions through user testing and conversations we had with current customers.
With great design comes great communication. It’s hard to have one without the other, particularly when you’re working with teams outside of your organization. Do both parties align on the project brief? Are the deadlines clear? There’s a lot to nail down, and it doesn’t come without proper planning and structure.
We took this thinking and applied it to our Superside client workflow. We know that communication is the key to getting your design project delivered on time. That’s why we’re introducing a more seamless way for you to stay in touch with your Superside design team.
