Superside 2023 Wrap-Up and 2024 Resolutions

Last year, Superside delivered more than 22,000 creative projects to over 700 customers worldwide—all with an average approval rating of 4.8/5.

We pushed the creative limits, collaborating on a wide range of unique and dynamic requests—helping our partners meet deadlines, bring their creative to the next level and seize key opportunities.

We brought our relationships to the next level, helping customers map out marketing objectives and translating them into creative that performs.

We also further tailored our creative services to meet current and future trends.

2023 Wrap-Up and What's in Store for 2024

Looking back at 2023, we have much to be grateful for. Despite a challenging macroeconomic climate, we forged ahead, introducing new services, innovating with AI, and sharing knowledge with the creative community. Here's a snapshot of what we accomplished (and what's to come!):

Unveiling More Stellar Creative Services

Superside constantly monitors current and emerging trends, so we’re ready with the skills and expertise you need when you need them. In 2023, we expanded our video production offering and launched our three-dimensional (3D) design and augmented reality (AR) services as well as our AI-enhanced creative services. Let's take a look at these advancements.

Expanded video services

Video works. We know it’s true because we see it in action every day. So do the 89% of markets who said they’re happy with the ROI of their videos.

But how does that happiness translate into real-world numbers?

Our data shows ads with video convert at a 30% higher rate than animation-only or static ads. Add in a great-looking human, and that number increases. Add in a puppy 🐶 and you’ve got gold!

New social AR and 3D design services

Now that 3D and AR have graduated from niche to mainstream, Superside helps you provide the immersive experiences audiences crave with:

• World-facing AR. The creme de la creme of AR! Bring branded digital experiences to the real world with custom filters, portals and more.
• Front-facing AR. Put that front-facing camera to work with everything from interactive games to fun face filters. (Say that three times fast.)

• Creative consultation sessions. Go deep on creative questions with your primary Superside Creative Lead to understand how your creative is performing and how to improve it.

Making the Superside App Even More "Appealing"

We've also been busy behind-the-scenes improving your Superside App experience.

Collaboration is at the core of what we do and the Superside App is the tool that ties everything together from briefing projects to sharing the final assets.

As such, we're committed to making the Superside App as functional and frictionless as possible. Some recent upgrades to highlight include:

• Explore. A space where you can find inspiration with everything from standout creative to growth hacks. When you see something you like, you can either save it to your wishlist, get started with a pre-templated brief or request a consultation.
• Shareable links. Work seamlessly with stakeholders who aren't in the app with quick links to relevant pieces.
• Slack integration. Use Slack in your day-to-day? Now you can stay up to the minute with your Superside projects and notifications.
