Bolt wanted to highlight the brand's Electric Dynamism, characterized by a fast-paced, energetic, and slightly surreal visual narrative, using wide-angle lenses and a bold color palette to underscore the exhilaration of a one-click checkout process.

Superside provided strategic creative direction and all the necessary creative skills required (illustration, 2D animation, and 3D motion design) to tackle the project's technical complexity. The "crazy and unreasonable" timeline would be met by staffing 18 world-class designers—exclusively dedicated to this project—and orchestarting an agile, end-to-end animation process.

Bolt provided a storyboard for the explainer video.
Superside created sketches for the styleframes and combined traditional 2D layout techniques with innovative animation methods.
The organic elements of the film were brought to life using 2D animation in After Effects, ensuring dynamic and stylistically consistent visuals.
Superside utilized 3D animation to accurately render structured scenes, ensuring precise control over shapes and volumes. The added energy and perspective brought such dynamism to the elements that they seemed ready to leap out of the frame.
Finally, Bolt provided the voiceover for integration and Superside iterated to craft the final striking brand video.
